SAFETY NOTICE: New York City Department of Buildings has recently passed legislation (NYC DOB LL26) requiring the installation of glow in the dark photoluminescent  egress markings in all high rise buildings. Local Law 26 requires all commercial buildings 75 feet or higher to install NYC DOB MEA approved glow-in-the-dark (photoluminescent) exit and directional markings on doors leading to exit stairs and in the stairwells by July 1, 2006.
